There are two types of puffed sleeve-style wrapping. One has an airy, hand-fluffed look, suitable for small bouquets (11 and 19 stems). The other has a more compact, gathered look, suitable for large bouquets (29 stems). By default, small bouquets will have the airy style, while large bouquets will have the compact style.

Substitution Policy
Due to the seasonality and availability of flowers, some blooms may be substituted with similar varieties of equal or higher value.
Delivery Confirmation
We may cancel orders after submission due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations will be finalized by the end of the day, and a full refund will be issued. If your order is rejected, please contact us to explore pickup options or alternative solutions.
Customization
For specific requests, such as particular flower colors, species or custom designs, please reach out to our team before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before delivery for a full refund. Orders canceled within 2 days of delivery are eligible for a partial refund. Once delivered, no refunds will be issued. Please inspect your bouquet upon delivery. If there are any issues, reject the delivery and contact customer service immediately.
