Pre-order & Payment
Valentine’s Day flowers are limited—pre-order is recommended. All orders require full payment to confirm and enter production.
Flowers
Images are for reference only. Actual flowers will be arranged based on availability on Valentine’s Day. Out-of-stock flowers will be replaced with similar ones, keeping the style and color scheme consistent.
Arrangement
Small bouquets are hand-tied in a spiral style. Due to high demand, extra-large bouquets will use floral foam to ensure stability and quality.
Delivery
During Valentine’s Day, delivery times cannot be chosen. Delivery is scheduled for the mornings of 2/13–2/14, with exact timing determined by route. For apartments or office buildings, customers must pick up at the front desk or notify us for placement. Special delivery requests require a one-day advance notice.
Pricing
Due to increased demand and higher costs for flowers, transport, and labor, prices during Valentine’s Day may be slightly higher than usual. Thank you for your understanding.

Substitution Policy
Due to the seasonality and availability of flowers, some blooms may be substituted with similar varieties of equal or higher value.
Delivery Confirmation
We may cancel orders after submission due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations will be finalized by the end of the day, and a full refund will be issued. If your order is rejected, please contact us to explore pickup options or alternative solutions.
Customization
For specific requests, such as particular flower colors, species or custom designs, please reach out to our team before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before delivery for a full refund. Orders canceled within 2 days of delivery are eligible for a partial refund. Once delivered, no refunds will be issued. Please inspect your bouquet upon delivery. If there are any issues, reject the delivery and contact customer service immediately.
