Daydreamin Studio Return and Refund Policy
At Daydreamin Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality flowers and décor for every event. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the following cases:

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages:
- If there is any damage to the product caused by our fault, we will offer a full refund or replacement. We ask that you notify us immediately upon delivery to address any issues.

Refusing Delivery:
- If you notice any damage or issues with the bouquet at the time of delivery, you may refuse the delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.

Accepted Deliveries:
- Once the bouquet or décor has been marked as delivered and accepted by the client, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
