Delivery Policy
To ensure we have ample time to prepare and arrange your order, all orders must be placed at least 3 days ahead of the requested delivery date.
- Hand Delivery: All deliveries will be hand-delivered to ensure the protection and quality of your order.
- Delivery Time Range: Please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the driver’s route and schedule. If you need a time range, please ask the team for an estimated duration.
- Need a Specific Time?: If you need your order delivered by a specific time, feel free to contact our customer service team via live chat or through our social media channels. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Tipping: Tips are always appreciated and will go directly to the driver. However, tipping is entirely optional, and there’s no pressure to do so.
- Pickup: Clients will need to come down to meet the driver for bouquet pickup. Please note that the driver will not go up to apartments or hotel rooms. If you're unable to accept the delivery in person, kindly leave a note requesting that the bouquet be placed at the front desk.
- Holiday Deliveries: On busy holidays such as Valentine’s Day, if the driver cannot reach the client, they are authorized to leave the bouquet at the front desk or another safe location.
- Delivery Area: If your zip code does not show up at checkout, please message us to confirm whether we deliver to your location.
